One of the Mediterranean’s most beautiful island, Menorca, Spain, hosts the first Hopu Manu race of the season.  With its first edition held in May 2025, the Hopu Manu course featuring flat countryside and historic city center highlights, became an instant hit and a must-do on the calendar of endurance sports, with its “short” distance 2k swim/paddle by 500m relays and 10k run/bike by 1km relays.

Terceira is a volcanic island in the Azores archipelago, about a third of the way across the North Atlantic Ocean, and the island group is an insular part of Portugal. Hopu Manu Terciaria consist in 2kms swim/paddle by 500m relays + 10kms run/bike by 1km relays.
